Dear Pim,
very sorry to hear about your sister. However, most responsible Reiki Masters recommend Reiki in addition to conventional medicine - not in stead of it. We are complementary therapists, not alternative therapists.
Dear Samantha,
I love reading research reports which prove that healing works. Could you possibly send me a link to the research article which you refere to
Many thanks

Please stop this bullshit..My sister has a very bad arthritis while her partner is a Reiki master. He considers all medicine "poison" . Now she is in a wheelchair and has a lot of pain.
I went to a regular doctor after I got an acute arthritis four year ago. She gave me mtx and diclophenac. That turned out to be bad for my stomach and I also got a polyneuropathy. But I don't need a wheelchair, can walk, climb the stairs in my appartment and feel well, if not very well. For the instances my arthritis is "playing up" I take some arcoxia for a few days till the inflammation is over.

See the difference. Forget about Reiki. Try "proved medicine" even when you have to accept the side effects
